- Order using a purchase order
If you usually order stuff using purchase order, you can send it by email to sales@waterproof.fr or by fax to +33 563 669 626. Please include your email contact information so we will be able to send our proposal to this adress.
If you pay using delay (45 days for example), we will validate your order on purchase confirmation reception, you will receive your licences and will be able to pay using your usual method and delay.
- How much does an upgrade cost?
When you purchase a licence, you can upgrade for free to all versions of the same development branch. For example, if you purchase a PHPEdit licence for 3.0, when 3.2 is released you can upgrade for free and the same for all other releases until 4.0 (which is excluded from the free upgrade).
If we publish a new major release (4.0 in our previous example) less than 3 months after you purchased your license, you will obtain a free upgrade to this branch (ie. to all 4.x releases).
Upgrading from a previous development branch (from 2.x to 3.x for example) is available with a 50% discount over the full price. Contact us to obtain this discount.
- Can I receive a PHPEdit box?
We do not provide box edition of our solution because we focus on short release cycle to make sure that you obtain updates frequently. You can create a backup with PHPEdit and its licences on a CD in case of need.
- How tax fees are calculated during an order?
If you are located in France, a 19.60% tax is automatically added. If you are a company you can get this money back using your tax declaration form. Contact your accounting department for more information about this in case of need.
If you are located in the european union, there are 2 possibilities:
- you have a european tax number: no additional tax is added to your order
- you do not have an european tax number: an additional 19.60% tax is added to your order
If you are located outside the european union, no additional tax will be added to your order.
